Yes, you can take a long-distance bus at West Bus Station.
The departure times are from 06:20 to 18:00 with the frequency of 30 to 40 mins. The travel time is about 2.5 hours with the ticket fare of CNY 72 per person.
It's not necessary for you to find the route number. When you arriving at the bus station, you can find the route easily. Don't worry.

No Patrick. You gave the timetable to Baoding. As I know, coaches at the West Bus Station to Baodi are scheduled at 07:00, 12:50 and 13:30. The whole way takes around 3.5 hours. And the ticet fare is CNY 23 per person.

In addition, there is no bus to Baodi from the Hongqiao Bus Station.

The West Bus Station is loated at No.2, Xiqing Road, Hongqiao District.
BTW, you can also take a train to Baodi; you can search the schedule on this website by yourself.
