Panjin Station - Red beach transportaton

We will arrive at PJ train station (shuangtaizi) around 06:00 am to see the Red beach and have to leave by a train from same station at 17:00 pm. We are planning to take Bus #30 from train station to Dawa and taxi from Dawa to Red beach. Since we dont speak chinese, we are need of some info to do this.

1) Is there a left luggage facility at the train station ?
2) Is it possible to hire a taxi from Dawa to Red beach, show us around and then drop us back to Dawa ? How much will they charge ?
3) Does anyone know any english speaking guide or tour group who can accompany us and show us around ?
