hello, im going to harbin on 10 january 2016.

how is weather on that time?what type clothes should wear?

Hi, it is extremely cold during that time. You will meet cloudy days or snowy days. Iit is necessary to bring down jacket, thick pants, boots, scarves and gloves in order to keep warm.
