How do I get from Grand harbour Hotel in Causeway Bay to Hong Kong Disney Land?

The hotel is near the Fortress Hill, you can take the Island Line to Central Station. Walk through an underpass to HK Station to transfer to Tung Chung Line. Take it and get off at Sunny Bay Station, then transfer to Disney line to the destination. After you get out of the exit, you will see it.1
