About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Ashgabat-Beijing-Osaka, don't we really need a visa for such a situation?

We are flying from Ashgabat to Beijing (Turkmenistan citizens) and stay there for 3 hours and then continue to Osaka. Our country Chinese embassy rejected our application in reason that we don't need oe for 3 hours staying. Anyway, we arrive to Beijing Capital Airport terminal 2, and our next flight from terminal 3. How we can pass throught passport control while interchange the terminal.

Husniddin, you don't need the transit permit indeed. It's fine to interchange the terminal at the airport. The 24-hour direct transit policy is available to you.
