We are wondering if they could get visa assp what's the procedure?

hi my parents are flying tomm from Sydney to nepal and they have transit at honkong airport for 12 hours

Rohsan, could you please tell me what passports do your parents hold? If they are holding Australian passport, the HK entry permit is not required. If they hold Nepalese passport, they should apply for the HK entry permit at the embassy in Sydney by providing passport, passport copy, photos, financial standing proof, application forms, and flight tickets.
