From HK, you can take the east rail line to Lok Ma Chau Station. Pass the border to Shenzhen Futian Kouan Station. Then take the subway Longhua Line to local North Railway Station. There you can take a bullet train to Guilin. The train fare is CNY212 for a second class seat and CNY264.5 for a first class seat, and the duration is about 3.5 hours.
