Loss of Singapore - Issued China Passport in China

I am a Singapore PR from China. My China passport was issued in Singapore 3 years ago when it got lost. I am currently in China, but unfortunately lost my passport. I am returning back to Singapore in 10 days' time. How can I replace my passport urgently?

Michael, first you should report your loss to the local police station. Then go to the Exit and Entry Administration Office in your residence of Hu Kou. Then apply for the issuance of a new passport by using the urgent service. The process takes five to seven days in general.
