About:China Flight

manage my trip

I tried to manage my trip, but it mentioned that my id was invalid even though i entered the correct one. can you please help me?

Do you mean you book from airlines etc ? Maybe you need to check if you choose the correct document type. You need to choose "passport" instead of "ID card". The ID card is for Chinese.

The options for ID are booking number and e-ticket. Mine is e-ticket

It sounds more like the ticket verification. if you have the e ticket number, it is already booked.
