is september a typhoon season in taiwan ?

If i go during 14- 20 september, will they be  typhoon? and at that time the temperature is around 30 right? So casual wear will be enough right ?

Yes, Sep. is during the typhoon season there. It is very likely to have typhoon and the rainfall is really dense. You are right that the average temp shall be around 30C. Summer clothes and rain gear would be necessary.
