Is it possible to hand carry 1 liter of liquor OUT of China? thnk you.

Zander, if you buy it from the duty-free shop, you can take it as a part of your carry-on luggage. However, if you buy it somewhere, you are required to put it in your checked luggage because liquor isn't allowed to be brought in your carry-on luggage.0
