Price for Multiple Entry to China on Z Visa

Hello, the Chinese Consulate's Fees page is messed up, so I figured I would just ask on here.

Is there a difference in price for single and multiple entries into China on a Z Type for an American? I understand I am on the page that says no, but I was wondering if this list is up to date? I will be going to the DC Chinese Consulate soon, and all I will owe them is $140? And I will have to pick the Visa up in person as well?
