I'm from indonesia, Can we apply Visa on Arrival in Shenzhen Airport ???

No you CAN NOT!
1. Shenzhen Airport has not VOA (check Timatic!)
2. Indonesians can't get the Shenzhen VOA
You will even not be able to board your flight.0

Another update:
Indonesians can get the #ShenzhenVisa again. This changed probably some time in January 2017. Enjoy you SZ trip - however, you can NOT get this visa at Shenzhen Aiport!, only at: Lowu, Huangang, Fuyong and Shekou.0
