Where is the best place to buy kids toys in Xian?

I heard there is a wholesale toy market but do they sell in small quantities to retail tourists?

As I know, there are two large toys wholesale markets located at No. 188 of Middle Changle Road (Yiwu Small Commidities Wholesale Market) and No. 15 of West Changle Road. You can go to these two places, and they are near. Hope you can find what you want there.
