About:China Tourist Visa

i want to visit my friend in china but with an invitation letter. can i apply for a tourist visa?

I am a Nigerian with a Nigeria passport but studying in belarus,

Ayo, it' hard to say. You should confirm this with the embassy in Belarus. The chance for you to get it is half-to-half.

If an invitation letter is carrying a particular date of wn ur visiting,can one leave before dat date.for instances if ur iv is sayn from 14th to 30th,cn one travel before dat 14th

Gloria, the detailed arrival and departure date is provide as the reference for the consluar officer to decide duration of stay and validity of your entry permit. So you can not assume that you can travel as you wish. Just submit your application, wait for your entry permit and then travel according to dates specified on your entry permit.
