I think his two biggest accomplishments are unifying China and building the Great Wall. His success has too much with his servants, such as Li Si and Bai Qi. They contributed too much for unifying China. As for building the wall, General Meng Tian shouldn't be forgotten. In a word, his success isn't because of him. Without his excellent servants, he couldn't have achieved great success.1
