About:Nanjing Train Schedule

Intend to take rail shanghai-nanjing.

Is it always possible to by tickets at station (and by English) or needed to do online? If so, which site to use?

You can do it on spot, but hard to say if possible to find a counter for English speaking. Maybe you can wirte the informatin in paper and show the staff for help. If you want to book online, you can do it via travel agent like this website.
