Well, there is no direct public transportation between the airport and Nanjing.You can go to Hongqiao Railway Station or SH Railway Station first from the airport. Then many high-speed trains every day can take you to Nanjing. The schedules are from 06:25 to 21:36. The travel time is about 2 hours.
