About:China Business Visa

What should an 'Invitation letter issued by the Chinese business or trade partner' contain? (Visa M)

Our company may need to apply an M type for one of the employees. Our business partner in China has never done this before. What should the content of the invitation letter be? Also, what is the length of stay allowed on M type usually? The applicant has Indonesian passport and will be applying from Jakarta. Thank you!

It should include:
1. invitee's information: name, sex and date of birth
2. visiting information: why you come, when you come and leave, the relationship between you and the inviter, financial resources
3. inviter's information: company name or inviter's name, tel, address, stamp or signature

The M type usually has 30 days duration of stay.
