Take bus no. 23 at Ngong Ping, get off at Tung Chung Town Centre. Then take Tung Chung Line to HK Station, Exit C. The whole way takes around 95 mins on the way. And the ticket fare is 38.2 HKD per person.
After that, walk to the Peak Tram Lower Terminus directly. Then you can take a tram to the top of the mountain.1
