About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

Can change my visa status inside China?

Hi! Currently I hold an X visa, but I found a job and I would like to change to Z type. Could I do it inside mainland?

Phelipe, it's possible to change the X type into Z type inside mainland. You can have a try at the local exit and entry administration division of PSB. If they accept your application, it would be best. If they deny, you have to leave and apply for the Z type outside China.
