Finland, you can choose to take a taxi. It costs CNY 150 to 200. If you share the cost with other three travelers, then you just need to pay around CNY 50. Or you can catch a taxi from Dunhuang Railway Station to Dunhuang Bu Station, then you can take the regular bus to Liuyuan. It is available from 09:30 to 20:00. The ticket price is around CNY 26 and needs two hours.
