I am 24. dob is 1/19/91 and he is 29 5/5/86. so I want ask if we are a good match.

What are the chances for us getting married this year or next

To be honest, you two are not a perfect match. If you both want to get married, you both should make great efforts to fully understand each other because you two have totally different personalities. If you both find out that you can bear each other's personalities, then you may consider getting married.

I personally think it isn't good to get married this year because it's the widow year. If possible, you both can get married next year.
