visa for work in jiangsu china

Hello SirI am a Myanmar citizen. I am going to work in Jiangsu for 3 months.The company is making a work permit. For me It's the first time to work abroad. I want to apply the multi-entry one. Can I apply from online? How do I make payments from online or in person? I have download the application form. Which email do I have to send? What else required?Please hep!Thanks - Shine

Hello Shine! You cannot apply from online. It's required that the applicant either go to the consular office in person or send someone or an agent to go there for submitting the application. In addition to the application form, you need to prepare your passport, a photocopy of the passport, a color bare-headed photo taken within six months, the work permit, an invitation letter from duly authorized unit, and a photocopy of you ID card and family book.
