Dr. Hazra, it's possible to get it from the embassy in Kathmandu. Along with the basic application documents, such as your passport, application form, recent photo, itinerary proofs, round way tickets, and hotel bookings, you also need to submit the original and photocopy of your entry permit to Nepal.
