Hi,my boyfriend wants to come visit me from Ukraine. He is a foreign student in Ukraine. Am i eligible to write him an invitation letter since am just a student in China?Angela

Angela, if your boyfriend just visit you for a few weeks, then it's best to apply for the tourist L type. You can write him the invitation letter. It does not matter even though you are a foreign student.
