I'm staying at butterfly on Morrison, Hong Kong.

What's the best way to get there from the international airport at 6:30pm

You can take the airport shuttle bus E11 to Tonnochy Road, Hennessy Road. Then you can reach the hotel within few mins walking.The bus fare is HKD21 and the duration is about 75 mins.
