I suggest you to go to Tianjin City, it is famous for producing good quality mountain bicycles. There is a Beifang Bicycle City. It is the largest market selling the bikes and accessories.

Guangzhou is a fine choice. Go to the local Jiangnan Hardware Wholesale Market, where you can find all kinds of bikes and accessories.
