About:Taiwan Weather

Hi, I have two choices to travel in Aug 9-12 or in Oct 20 - 23. Which one have the best weather?

and also may I know the season during those travel ? Summer or what ?

Oh, it's suggested to go there in October because August is the typhoon season of that area.
Heavy rains will influence the sightseeing a lot.
In October, there are many sunny and cloudy days. And the climate is cool and comfortable.
This place welcomes tourists all year around except typhoon season (June to September).
