suitable places suggest for visit november 2015?

hi, would like to travel taiwan for 21-29 nov, whole family including parents, children 7&9.1, pls suggest some for comfortable, no rush destinations2, parents more likely goto hu lian, any good destinations in there?3, how can i buy the train ticket from hua lian to taipei in advance?tq
