AIT Pakistani Master Student

He would like to submit Chinese visa today, but the officer request him a health certificate from the Ministry of Health. Can he get from Any Government Hospital or any clinic. He will visit the Kunming University of Science and Technology (KUST) for 12 days from 24 May 2015 (This Saturday).
