I want to renew my passport in Beijing office and i will arrive by 12 PM to embassy.

Kumar, it's too late if you arrive by 12:00 in the noon. The embassy only accepts passport renewal applications between 09:30 to 10:30 in the morning on working days (from Monday to Friday, public holidays excepted).
