About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Should I need to take 72 hours visa permit or it is enough 24 hours free transit?

Hi,
I'm holding Lithuania passport. I'm traveling Vilnius - Kiev - Beijing. Stop at Beijing for 20 hours. Then I'm traveling to Hong Kong - Manila. Could I leave Beijing airport during my layover at Beijing and take some hotel? Thank you
Simona

Hey, Simona! You qualify for both free transit policies. It's suggested that you use the 72-hour free transit policy, which is more convenient. During your layover, you can leave the airport and sleep in a hotel.
