cheap clothes shopping in Ningbo

Is there a market in this city for very cheap clothes shopping, similar to what you can find in Guangzhou and Shanghai?

You can go to the local Light Textile City, located at No. 117 of Yageer Avenue. There is a large clothes wholesale market located inside, you can have a try there.
