About:Chengdu - Leshan - Emeishan Intercity High Speed Train

can I take a ticket from Chengdu to Emeishan and step off to visit Leshan

then take the rail further to Emei? Or do I have to book separatly?

You need to book them separately, once you get off at Leshan, you cannot keep the trip to Emeishan.
