About:China Work Visa

graduation date and z-visas

I am told that I can only apply for a work permit if I graduated 2 years ago or more. Is this really the case? Is there a way around this issue if I graduated more recently than 2013

Yes, in many Chinese cities, the at least two-year work experience (i.e. graduate two years ago or more) is required for foreigners. It's just the rule. If it doesn't matter whcih city you will work in, you can move to another city without the requirement for work experience.
