30 days of duration going to end for applying residence permit. what would be the solution?

Hello i am sai from india i got Z visa now i am in china, the problem with 30 days of duration to apply residence permit. after i enter in to china i have faced few holidays and lots of paper work for work permit at last my paper work has done but i only have 7 days to apply residence permit. But these work permit guys would take more than 10 days to provide work permit. What could be the best for this kind of situation .DO i need to go back my country to apply Z type again? or do i have any substitutes for this.

Sai, I heard that if you cannot get the residence permit within 30 days, your Z type will become valid and you have to leave and reapply for the Z type. Since you have got the work permit now, the best solution would be trying to get the residence permit as soon as possible. You can ask them whether there is urgent service. If yes, you can apply for the urgent service.

Thanks for the reply,the problem is i will get my work permit after 10 days(Applied for work permit it will take 10 days time to get document) but i have only 7 days to expire my 30 days of entry.what would be the solution ? my office guys are requesting the labor bureau to provide work permit with in 2 days.if this scenario i might have 5 days to apply residence permit in embassy,is that time sufficient to proceed my application do they accept my application?

If you get the work permit within two days, then you have five days left. It's possible that you can handle your residence permit application within five days but not assured. Anyway, just try to persuade the officer and facilitate the application process.
