is it okay to go to taipei in early july?

Maybe during the 1st week of July. We plan to go there in mid July but heard that it is typhoon season so thinking of changing plan. However we have work til the end of June and start work again in August so July is the only month we can travel.So what time in July is the nicest period to visit Taipei? Thank you.

Actually, it is during typhoon season in the whole July, but typhoon is more likely to happen in end of the month. I just checked the wether records of the past years: there were some cloudy days in early and mid of July, so it is fine to travel during that time.
