About:China Visa on Arrival
I fly to Shanghai to inspect cargo in 24 hours - my visa is expired. Can I get w/invite letter?

Brian, I'm afraid you cannot get the VOA. You are suggested to apply for an entry permit at the embassy and use the urgent service.
