Can I get VISA Debit card in China?

Hey I need to get the money from someone overseas who's using VISA Credit card. Knowing that I cannot apply for VISA Credit card as a foreigner in China, my question is Can I apply for VISA Debit card in China so I could receive the money from overseas?

Yes, you can apply for Visa Debit Card in China by using your passport.
After that, you can receive the money from overseas. :-)
