Are you sure about the name of the hotel? I don't find it. Do you mean Rambler Garden Hotel? If so, walk to CHING TAO HOUSE CHEUNG CHING ESTATE bus stop to take bus no. 42A and get off at MONG KOK RAILWAY STATION. It costs 6.8HKD and takes around 50min.
