Do you ship parcels without a tracking number?

I bought items from ebay and seller said he sent it without tracking number to cut the cost. Could that be true? And would that be safe for shipment? How long does it normally take to deliver to Saudi Arabia? Thanks

Mohamed, I don't think it's safe to send your parcels in this way. Suppose your parcel was lost somewhere, you even didn't know how to figure out what happened. It's the slowest if your parcel was sent without tracking numbers.

More importantly, since you didn't have a tracking number, you even couldn't start a dispute on Paypal to ask for compensation.

This wasn't my choice. The seller sent it this way to cut the cost of shipping and asked me to wait for the time of delivery. If didn't arrive by then, i should contact him
