Is there any Silk or textiles museum in Beijing or Hong Kong?

In Beijing, there is a small texile museum inside China Tex Corporation. It's located in China Tex Mansion, No.19, Jianguomennei Street. But I'm not clear if they accept public visitors. Actually in the nearby Tianjin city, there is a real museum specialized in texile, it is located in Binhai New District.
I have not heard about such a museum in HK yet.0
