I stay in Shanghai and want to go to Shaolin Temple. any fast-speed train? What is nearest station?

There is no direct train between these two places.
You are suggsted to take high-speed train from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station, and get off at Zhengzhou Railway Station first. Then walk to the nearby Central Bus Station. There are several long-distance buses every day that can take you to the temple directly. The schedules are 07:00, 08:00, 09:00, 09:30, 10:10 and 11:00.0
