About:China Customs Declaration

Hi I was wondering how much milk powder and baby milk i can bring in to china.

Corey, to be honest, there is no detailed requirement. The general rule is that the total weight should not exceed reasonable quantity for personal use. However, foreigners can only take as much as CNY 2000 personal goods in total if they plan to leave them in mainland China.

Meanwhile, you need to abide by another rule. Those who take less than 2.5kg milk powder needn't pay the duty. If it is more than 2.5kg, then they need to pay 5% of the total price for tax.
