What kind of Visa should i acquire to visit Hong Kong but from inside mainland China?

Hello, I'm travelling in July hopefully. I'll go directly to Shanghai then to Hefei, but I'm planning on visiting Hong Kong in a weekend. And i was wondering whether i'll need to apply to a Single Entry, Multi-Entry, or a double Entry? I'm not really familiar with the differences. I hold an Egyptian Passport
