Wondering if it's snowing at Rainbow Mountain and will cover the vibrant colors of the landscape during December. will I see the same color of the mountain? and how much is the rate for rainbow mountain alone?

Well, generally speaking, June to September are best time to visit that place. As far as I know, the rainbow mountain you mentioned is located inside Danxia National Geological Park. And the average altitude is 6,600 to 12,500 feet. So it's possitble to snow. And the snow will cover the color.In addition, December is too cold and the weather is dry. So you are not suggested to go there at that month.
