About:Puer Travel

My fiance and I will be traveling to Simao in June.

In this area of China, there is not as much information online so I have a couple of questions... How long is the bus ride from Jiangcheng and is it relatively simple to figure out? This is where we will be leaving from. The only relatively affordable lodging I can find is Pu’er Marvelous Land Business Hotel, are there any other options? Also, are there then buses to Jinghong we can take after our stay? How long does that take?

Well, from jiangcheng to Simao, the long-distance buses at Jiangcheng Bus Station departure from 06:50 to 15:40. The ticket fare is CNY 29 per person. The whole way takes around 5 to 6 hours.

About the accommodation, what's your budget?
Puerman Cheng Business Hotel provides clean environment and warm services. The fare is CNY 150 to 200 per night. You can go and see. It's located at 46 Chacheng Avenue, Simao District.

From Puer to Jinghong, the schedules are from 07:00 to 17:40 at Local Bus Station.
The duration is about 3.5 hours. Before you start off, you are advised to check the schedule again in order to avoid some changes.

Thank you so much for your prompt and very helpful reply. Our budget is to try to stay under 200RMB.
