You must refer to Kai Tak Cruise Terminal, right? Well, take Disneyland Reosrt MTR line to Sunny Bay, where transfer to Tung Chung line and get off at Kowloon Station. You can take a taxi to the cruise terminal within 20min.

If you have enough time and would like use MTR most. Take the Disneyland line to Sunny Bay and transfer to Tung Chung line to Lai King. There transfer to Tsuen Wan line and get off at Prince Edward, where transfer to Kwun Tong line to Kowloon Bay. Nearby you can transfer to mini green bus no. 7 to the cruise terminal in 7min.
