About:China Transit Visa

If I want to go out from the airport do I need a visa?

I'm a Thai citizen traveling to Vancouver with china southern airlines. at Guangzhou I will have 19 hrs transit time.

No, the transit permit is not required. If you want to leave the airport, you can apply for a temporary stay permit on the spot.
